It is not necessary to supply everything on this list. The more documents supplied, the greater the prospects of securing release of the Wallet(s). Leave blank anything you do not hold. The seizure order requires that claims be submitted in writing within a limited period, so please upload as early as you can.
Accepted formats for every item: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, CSV, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX. Maximum 100 MB per file; multiple files may be attached to any item. Files are transmitted over TLS to encrypted private storage accessible only to Stradalex.
